- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Stir in flour and cook for about 1 minute until it forms a paste.
- Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Add Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; mix until smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the white sauce and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Cool the pasta to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Add a little pasta cooking water if the sauce gets too thick while reheating.
