- Meanwhile, cook the French fries according to package instructions.
- In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
- Once the fries are cooked, plate them and top with the mushroom sauce and fried eggs.
Notes
Serve the fries hot on a plate or in a shallow bowl. Break the yolks to mix with mushrooms and fries. Store leftover mushroom sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep fries separate if possible to maintain crispness.
