- In a bowl, mix yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- In a pan, cook the chopped onion until it becomes translucent.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked through.
- Stir in cream and let simmer for a few minutes.
Serving
- Serve the chicken hot over a bed of rice or alongside fresh vegetables.
Notes
Marinate chicken longer for better flavor. Adjust spices to taste. For a lighter version, use low-fat yogurt and cream. Can use boneless chicken thighs or add bell peppers/tomatoes for variations.
