  • 8 slices Turkey slices Use deli turkey or leftover turkey.
  • 1 cup Stuffing mix Prepared stuffing mix that is ready to eat.
  • 4 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy spreading.
  • 1 cup Spinach Fresh spinach or spinach leaves.
  • 4 large Tortilla wraps Use warm, soft tortillas.
  • 1 cup Gravy For drizzling on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and spinach.
  3. Lay out the tortilla wraps and spread the cream cheese mixture evenly.
  4. Place turkey slices over the cream cheese mixture, followed by a layer of stuffing.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly and slice into pinwheels.
  6. Place in a baking dish and drizzle with gravy.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Serve warm.

Notes

Cool completely before storing. Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (160°C) for about 10 minutes.
