Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Serve warm and enjoy your Teriyaki Chicken Skewers!
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight if you have time. You can also add shrimp or tofu as protein alternatives.
