- In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot and pour the sauce over them.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken and shred it.
- Mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl; add to the sauce in the crock pot to thicken.
- Return shredded chicken to the pot and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve garnished with chopped green onions.
