Preparation
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the steak strips with the blackened spice blend, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
- Add the steak to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Bring to a simmer and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cooked pasta, steak, and shrimp to the sauce. Toss until everything is well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of milk or cream if needed. Consider marinating the steak for added flavor.
