Preparation
- In a slow cooker, combine the chicken, potatoes, garlic, and Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix the heavy cream and parmesan cheese, then pour over the chicken and potatoes.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the broccoli.
- Once cooked, stir to combine and serve hot.
Notes
Cool to room temperature before storing. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently to keep the sauce smooth.
