  • 1 pound steak (such as sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 tablespoons garlic butter (or 4 tablespoons butter and minced garlic to taste)
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, add the halved baby potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place the bite-sized pieces of steak on top of the potatoes.
  3. Pour the garlic butter over the steak and potatoes.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the steak is tender and cooked through.
  2. Once done, gently stir to combine everything, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve.

Notes

For an extra flavor boost, you can sear steak pieces before adding them to the slow cooker. You can also add sliced mushrooms or onions for additional flavor.
