Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds ground beef Browned for better flavor.
  • 4 cups diced potatoes Cut into even pieces.
  • 1 cup chopped onion Can substitute with other onions.
  • 1 can corn (15 oz), drained
  • 1 can beans (15 oz), drained and rinsed Use any preferred beans.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup Can substitute with cream of chicken or celery.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice.
Spices and Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine ground beef, diced potatoes, chopped onion, corn, beans, and cream of mushroom soup.
  2. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  2. Once cooked, top with shredded cheese and let it melt before serving.

Notes

Can be topped with chopped green onion, sour cream, or hot sauce. Serve with a side salad or warm bread. For storage, let cool, then refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
