- Add the beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until veggies are tender.
- Stir in the cheese and milk just before serving, allowing the cheese to melt.
Notes
Serve hot with extra shredded cheese on top, and consider adding chopped pickles or mustard for an extra cheeseburger feel. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
