- In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, crab, cheese, mayo (or cream cheese), garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper to make the filling.
- Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch round.
- Scoop 1–2 tablespoons of the filling into the center, fold, and seal edges.
Baking
- Place stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 13–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with dipping sauces like spicy aioli, garlic butter, or marinara. They pair well with a green salad or simple slaw. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 8–10 minutes.
