- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and Italian sausage until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Break the lasagna noodles into pieces and stir them into the skillet. Add marinara sauce and enough water to cover the noodles.
- Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook until the noodles are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Stir occasionally and add more water if needed.
- Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the sliced pepperoni and Italian seasoning.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on low until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5-7 minutes.
Notes
Serve straight from the skillet for a hot and gooey texture. Let it cool a few minutes before slicing.
