  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced deli meats (ham, turkey, or salami)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Spread cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Sprinkle cheddar cheese, deli meats, green onions, and bell peppers on top.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  6. Slice into pinwheels and serve.
Serving
  1. Slice into 1/2- to 1-inch rounds.
  2. Arrange on a plate or platter.
  3. Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
  4. They go well with salsa, ranch, or mustard.

Notes

Soften cream cheese well so it spreads easily. Roll tightly to keep fillings from falling out. Chill before slicing to get clean rounds. Use a sharp knife or a serrated knife for neat cuts. Cut off uneven ends and use them for a snack to avoid waste.
