Ingredients
  

For the Peanut Butter Mixture
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter Use creamy peanut butter for smooth texture.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use dark or white chocolate for different taste.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil Optional, helps the chocolate flow and shine.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm up.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with coconut oil (if using) in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Dip each peanut butter ball in the melted chocolate, allowing excess chocolate to drip off.
  3. Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Serving
  1. Serve and enjoy your no-bake treat!

Notes

Keep them in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. You can freeze them for up to three months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
