Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In one bowl, beat the eggs. In two separate bowls, place the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast first in the egg, then in the Parmesan cheese, and finally in the breadcrumbs to coat.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil or spray with cooking spray.
Cooking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 75°C).
- Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
