Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, minced garlic, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Place the boneless beef ribs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over the ribs.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Cooking
- Bake the ribs for 2.5 to 3 hours until the beef is tender.
- If desired, remove the foil, brush BBQ sauce on the ribs, and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes to caramelize.
Serving
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy hot.
Notes
Use a baking dish with sides to hold the marinade. For more flavor, marinate the ribs in the fridge for 2–4 hours before baking. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3–4 days, or freeze for longer storage.
