- Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Filling and Rolling
- Mix softened butter, granulated sugar, and orange zest to make the filling.
- Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle and spread the orange filling evenly.
- Roll tightly from a long edge, seal the seam, and slice into 12 equal pieces.
Baking
- Arrange the rolls in a greased baking pan and let rise until puffy.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 18-22 minutes.
Frosting
- Beat cream cheese and softened butter until smooth; mix in salt, milk, and orange zest.
- Gradually add powdered sugar and beat until light and creamy.
- Spread frosting over the warm rolls before serving.
