  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise Use full-fat for best flavor.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Fresh grated is recommended.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until well combined.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and coat them evenly with the mayonnaise mixture.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best results, pound thicker breasts to even thickness. Check for doneness at 25 minutes to avoid overbaking.
