Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box Brownie mix Use your favorite box brownie mix.
  • 1 large Egg At room temperature for better mixing.
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar For added sweetness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
Cheesecake Layer
  • 225 g Cream cheese Make sure it's at room temperature.
  • 1 Snickers or favorite candy bars Chopped For topping; can use any candy.
Toppings
  • 1 bottle Caramel sauce For drizzling.
  • 1 bottle Chocolate sauce For drizzling.
  • 1 can Whipped cream Homemade or canned.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven according to brownie mix package instructions. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed, adding in the egg, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Fill the muffin cups halfway with the brownie batter.
Cream Cheese Layer
  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese with a bit of sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spoon cream cheese mixture over brownie batter in the muffin cups.
  3. Add chopped Snickers or candy bars on top of the cream cheese layer, then cover with more brownie batter.
Baking
  1. Bake according to brownie mix instructions or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  2. Let cool, then drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces and top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

Do not overfill the cups. Chill the cream cheese mix for neater layers. Check doneness using a toothpick in the brownie part, not the cream cheese. Use room-temperature cream cheese for an easier mix.
