Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef or any ground meat of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • to taste Salt and pepper for seasoning
Wrap and Toppings
  • Iceberg lettuce leaves or any lettuce of your choice
  • Burger toppings of your choice e.g., tomato slices, onion slices, pickles, cheese slices, avocado slices

Method
 

Cooking Beef
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and cook it in the skillet until browned and fully cooked.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assembling Burgers
  1. Separate the lettuce leaves and use them as wraps.
  2. Place a portion of cooked beef into a lettuce leaf and top with your choice of toppings.
  3. Wrap the lettuce around the ingredients and enjoy!

Notes

Store cooked beef in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep lettuce leaves cold and dry for 2–3 days but do not store wrapped burgers for long; assemble fresh for best texture.
