Cooking Beef
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper and cook it in the skillet until browned and fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assembling Burgers
- Separate the lettuce leaves and use them as wraps.
- Place a portion of cooked beef into a lettuce leaf and top with your choice of toppings.
- Wrap the lettuce around the ingredients and enjoy!
Notes
Store cooked beef in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep lettuce leaves cold and dry for 2–3 days but do not store wrapped burgers for long; assemble fresh for best texture.
