- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Once done, set them aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes on each side. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, and chicken broth to the skillet. Bring everything to a simmer.
- Stir in the heavy cream and let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Slice the cooked chicken and add it along with the gnocchi to the skillet. Mix everything to combine and reheat.
- Finally, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Reheat gently in a pan over low heat.
