Marinade Preparation
- In a bowl, whisk together the orange juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish, and pour the marinade over them.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for maximum flavor.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, marinate overnight and let chicken come to room temperature for 15 minutes before grilling. Avoid overcrowding the grill for even cooking.
