  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free version.

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey and soy sauce, mixing well.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until shrimp are pink and opaque.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot over steamed rice, pasta, or a bed of greens. Spoon extra sauce over the shrimp. Add lemon wedges on the side for a fresh lift. The dish also works well as a taco filling or on toasted bread. Cool leftovers to room temperature, then put them in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat.
