  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in honey and soy sauce.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side.
  5. Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve over steamed rice or noodles to catch the sauce, or atop a green salad. This dish can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
