- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in honey and soy sauce.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2–3 minutes per side.
- Season with red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve over steamed rice or noodles to catch the sauce, or atop a green salad. This dish can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
