Cooking

- Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add the baking soda.
- Divide the dough into small pieces and shape them into bites.
- Boil the pretzel bites in the water for about 30 seconds, then remove and place them on a baking sheet.
- Brush the bites with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until they are golden brown.
