  • 4 slices Tortilla wraps or large slices of bread
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Use room temperature for easy spreading
  • 8 oz Deli meats (such as turkey, ham, and roast beef)
  • 4 oz Cheese (such as cheddar)
  • 4 slices Crispy bacon
  • 2 cups Crunchy lettuce Pat dry to avoid moisture
  • 3 tbsp Zesty Italian dressing Drizzled over the fillings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out the tortilla wraps on a flat surface.
  2. Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each wrap.
  3. Layer the deli meats, cheese, crispy bacon, and crunchy lettuce on top of the cream cheese.
  4. Drizzle some zesty Italian dressing over the fillings.
  5. Roll the wrap tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice the rolled wrap into pinwheels.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serving
  1. Cut pinwheels into 1–1.5 inch pieces and place them on a platter.
  2. Use toothpicks for easy picking. Serve with raw veggies, chips, or a simple dip like ranch.
Storage
  1. Wrap pinwheels tightly in plastic wrap or store in an airtight container.
  2. Keep in the fridge for up to 24–48 hours. If they get soggy, re-cut the edges before serving.

Notes

Chill the roll for 15–20 minutes before slicing for cleaner pinwheels.
