Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in the dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and mix in the cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the beef and mushroom mixture to the bowl and mix well.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the mixture.
- Top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the mixture is set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Cool the bake to room temperature. Cover and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in a sealed container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before reheating. Reheat in the oven at 325°F (160°C) until warm, or microwave in short bursts.
