- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 more minute.
Cooking
- Add the rice, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked through.
- Fluff the rice with a fork, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve hot!
Notes
Add a green salad or steamed vegetables on the side. Top with fresh parsley, shredded cheese, or a spoon of sour cream if desired. Serve with crusty bread to soak up juices.
