- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
- Add the broken ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
Notes
Top with chopped green onions or sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish. Add a fried egg for extra protein.
