  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 packs ramen noodles Break noodles into quarters
  • 1 cup beef broth Use low-sodium if desired
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Frozen or fresh
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and mixed vegetables to the skillet. Stir to combine.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  4. Add the broken ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.

Notes

Top with chopped green onions or sprinkle sesame seeds for garnish. Add a fried egg for extra protein.
