Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook the seasoned beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Assembly
- Roll out each biscuit and place a spoonful of the cooked beef and some shredded Parmesan cheese in the center.
- Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, sealing it well.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions, until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm on a plate with ketchup, mustard, or a garlic-parmesan dip.
Notes
For better flavor, brush the tops with a little butter before baking. Cool the bombs to room temperature before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven.
