  • 1 pound ground beef Seasoned with salt and spices
  • Salt to taste Salt
  • Pepper to taste Pepper
  • Garlic powder to taste Garlic powder
  • Onion powder to taste Onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough Follow package instructions for baking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Cook the seasoned beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Assembly
  1. Roll out each biscuit and place a spoonful of the cooked beef and some shredded Parmesan cheese in the center.
  2. Fold the biscuit dough over the filling, sealing it well.
  3. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions, until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm on a plate with ketchup, mustard, or a garlic-parmesan dip.

Notes

For better flavor, brush the tops with a little butter before baking. Cool the bombs to room temperature before storing in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Reheat in the oven.
