Ingredients
  

For the Lamb Chops
  • 4 chops lamb chops Seasoned with garlic and herbs.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For searing.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced For seasoning.
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme For added flavor.
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar For glaze.
  • 1 tbsp butter For glazing.
  • Salt and cracked black pepper To taste.
For the Shrimp Alfredo
  • 1/2 lb fettuccine pasta Can substitute with linguine or spaghetti.
  • 1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined Fresh or thawed frozen shrimp.
  • 2 tbsp butter For sautéing shrimp.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced For sautéing shrimp.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For the Alfredo sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For creaminess.
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning For flavor.
  • Salt & pepper to taste
For the Roasted Broccolini
  • 1 bunch broccolini Fresh or tender.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil For roasting.
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
  • Squeeze of lemon (optional) For brightness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
  2. In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side.
  3. Add butter and balsamic vinegar to the pan to glaze the lamb.
Cooking Pasta and Shrimp Alfredo
  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
  2. Sauté shrimp in butter with garlic until they turn pink and tender.
  3. In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings, stirring until smooth.
  4. Toss in the cooked pasta and shrimp, adding reserved water to loosen if needed.
Cooking Broccolini
  1. Toss broccolini with olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Roast in the oven at 425°F for 12–15 minutes.

Notes

Cool the food to room temperature before storing. Store lamb, pasta, and broccolini separately in airtight containers. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture.
