Preparation
- Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and herbs.
- In a hot pan with olive oil, sear the lamb chops for 3–4 minutes per side.
- Add butter and balsamic vinegar to the pan to glaze the lamb.
Cooking Pasta and Shrimp Alfredo
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions, reserving 1/4 cup of pasta water.
- Sauté shrimp in butter with garlic until they turn pink and tender.
- In the same pan, add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings, stirring until smooth.
- Toss in the cooked pasta and shrimp, adding reserved water to loosen if needed.
Cooking Broccolini
- Toss broccolini with olive oil and seasonings.
- Roast in the oven at 425°F for 12–15 minutes.
Notes
Cool the food to room temperature before storing. Store lamb, pasta, and broccolini separately in airtight containers. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture.
