- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
To store leftovers, place them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop, adding a splash of water to keep the vegetables from drying out. You can also serve this dish over rice or quinoa.
