  • 5 cloves Garlic Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted Do not use high heat to prevent burning.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  4. Cook chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

Notes
