Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out crescent dough and cut into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush garlic butter over the rollups.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or garlic mayo for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
