Ingredients
  

For the Beef Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef and drain excess fat.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice) Sharp cheddar recommended for better melt.
For the Rollups
  • 1 package crescent roll dough Use refrigerated crescent roll dough.
  • 2 tbsp garlic butter Brush twice for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Roll out crescent dough and cut into triangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture and cheese at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  6. Place rollups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush garlic butter over the rollups.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or garlic mayo for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes.
