Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the beef bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. In a separate pot, boil the halved baby potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and add to the skillet with the beef.
  5. Toss everything together in the skillet for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Cool leftovers within two hours and place them in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
