- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the beef bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked to your liking.
- In a separate pot, boil the halved baby potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and add to the skillet with the beef.
- Toss everything together in the skillet for 2-3 minutes to combine the flavors.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Cool leftovers within two hours and place them in an airtight container. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat or in the microwave until warmed through.
