Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add cooked and crumbled bacon, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
- Mix cheddar and cream cheese in a bowl and spread over the beef mixture.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into pinwheels.
Baking
- Place pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt butter and brush it over the rollups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or ranch dip. Pair with a side salad or roasted vegetables. Let cool before storing in an airtight container. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month.
