Ingredients
  

Meat Mixture
  • 1 lb Ground beef Cooked and drained
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Dough and Toppings
  • 1 tube Pizza dough, refrigerated Use cold for easier rolling
  • 2 tbsp Butter, unsalted, melted For brushing
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Cream cheese
  • 1 sprig Parsley, fresh, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add cooked and crumbled bacon, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
  4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the dough.
  6. Mix cheddar and cream cheese in a bowl and spread over the beef mixture.
  7. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into pinwheels.
Baking
  1. Place pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt butter and brush it over the rollups.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Notes

Serve warm with ketchup, mustard, or ranch dip. Pair with a side salad or roasted vegetables. Let cool before storing in an airtight container. Can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for 1 month.
