Preparation

- Add the cubed croissants to the egg mixture and let sit for about 10 minutes to soak.
Making Streusel
- In another bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly to make the streusel topping.
Baking
- Divide the croissant mixture among the muffin cups and sprinkle with the streusel topping.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Add a drizzle of maple syrup, a dusting of powdered sugar, or a spoonful of jam. They pair well with coffee or milk.
