Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange graham crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar together over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil.
Baking
- Pour the butter mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt.
- Spread the melted chocolate evenly and top with chopped pecans.
- Let it cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Cut into bars or squares and serve at room temperature or chilled. These bars pair well with coffee and are great for dessert plates, lunchboxes, or party trays. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, in the fridge for up to 1 week, or freeze for up to 2 months.
