  • 1 teaspoon paprika For additional flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush chicken thighs with olive oil, then coat them in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
  4. Place coated chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
