Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
Topping
- Layer the deli meats (ham, pepperoni, salami) on top of the sauce.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the meats.
- Add the grated mozzarella cheese on top, followed by small dollops of butter.
Baking
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
Notes
Slice the pizza into wedges. Serve hot with a side salad or simple garlic bread. You can add crushed red pepper or extra parmesan at the table. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
