Ingredients
  

Deli Meats
  • 1/4 lb Deli ham
  • 1/4 lb Deli pepperoni
  • 1/4 lb Deli salami
Cheese and Butter
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated Pat dry if very moist to avoid sogginess.
  • 2 tbsp Butter Cut into small pieces to melt into cheese.
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Crust and Sauce
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 1 Pizza crust (about 13 oz, refrigerated)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza crust package instructions.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the garlic powder, dried parsley, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Roll out the pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust.
Topping
  1. Layer the deli meats (ham, pepperoni, salami) on top of the sauce.
  2. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the meats.
  3. Add the grated mozzarella cheese on top, followed by small dollops of butter.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 12-15 minutes.
  2. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.

Notes

Slice the pizza into wedges. Serve hot with a side salad or simple garlic bread. You can add crushed red pepper or extra parmesan at the table. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
