Preparation
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Lay a large flour tortilla flat and spread a layer of refried beans in the center.
- Add a portion of the cooked beef on top of the beans.
- Place tortilla chips over the beef, followed by lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a pocket, securing the filling inside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
- Place the folded crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and slice in half before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with extra salsa or hot sauce on the side. Pair with rice, beans, or a simple salad. For storage, cool to room temperature before wrapping each crunchwrap in foil or plastic wrap. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
