Cooking the Soup
- Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, tomatoes, chicken broth, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
- Stir in the cooked pasta, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.
Notes
Serve hot in bowls. Top with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired. Offer crusty bread or a small salad on the side. Cool soup before refrigerating or freezing; store in airtight containers.
