  • 1 lb Chicken breasts, boneless skinless
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, Fresh Chopped
  • 1 can Tomatoes
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup Pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
 

Cooking the Soup
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, tomatoes, chicken broth, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
  5. Stir in the cooked pasta, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
  6. Let it cook for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and the soup is creamy.

Notes

Serve hot in bowls. Top with extra Parmesan or fresh parsley if desired. Offer crusty bread or a small salad on the side. Cool soup before refrigerating or freezing; store in airtight containers.
