Preparation
  1. Shred the Brussels sprouts and rinse them under cold water.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add shredded Brussels sprouts and cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden and crispy.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. If desired, add minced garlic for additional flavor in the last minute of cooking.
