Ingredients
Method
Preparation
- Begin by preparing the lobster tails, removing the meat and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Frying
- Dredge the lobster pieces in the dry mixture until well coated.
- In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated lobster pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Garlic Butter Sauce Preparation
- In another small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Mix in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Serving
- Remove the fried lobster bites from the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
- Serve the crispy lobster bites drizzled with garlic butter sauce and garnished with fresh lemon wedges.
Notes
Pat lobster dry before coating to get a better crust. Keep oil hot but not smoking for even frying. Do not overcrowd the pan; fry in batches. Use fresh lemon juice for a clean flavor. Chop garlic fine for the sauce so it cooks quickly and smells good.
