Ingredients
  

Lobster Bites
  • 1 lb Lobster tails
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 Pinch Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil for frying For frying the lobster bites
  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter, unsalted Melted for the sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tbsp Parsley, fresh Chopped for the sauce
  • 1 Lemon Lemon wedges For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Begin by preparing the lobster tails, removing the meat and cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Frying
  1. Dredge the lobster pieces in the dry mixture until well coated.
  2. In a skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the coated lobster pieces and fry until golden brown and crispy.
Garlic Butter Sauce Preparation
  1. In another small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Mix in lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Serving
  1. Remove the fried lobster bites from the oil and drain them on a paper towel.
  2. Serve the crispy lobster bites drizzled with garlic butter sauce and garnished with fresh lemon wedges.

Notes

Pat lobster dry before coating to get a better crust. Keep oil hot but not smoking for even frying. Do not overcrowd the pan; fry in batches. Use fresh lemon juice for a clean flavor. Chop garlic fine for the sauce so it cooks quickly and smells good.
