- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cooked steak slices, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
Assembly and Baking
- In a greased baking dish, combine cooked pasta, sautéed steak, spinach, and buffalo honey sauce, mixing until coated.
- Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese, then bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with parsley or extra Parmesan.
