  • 1 lb steak, cooked and sliced (sirloin or ribeye work best) Use leftover cooked steak if available.
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rigatoni recommended) Cook until al dente.
Sauce
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1/2 cup honey Can be adjusted for sweetness.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Provides a creamy texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese More can be added for thickness if desired.
Toppings and Additional Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle on top before baking.
  • 2 cups spinach (optional, for added greens) Can be omitted.
  • 2 tbsp olive oil For sautéing the steak.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Enhances flavor.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Add according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cooked steak slices, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together buffalo sauce, honey, heavy cream, and cheddar cheese until smooth.
Assembly and Baking
  1. In a greased baking dish, combine cooked pasta, sautéed steak, spinach, and buffalo honey sauce, mixing until coated.
  2. Top with remaining cheddar and Parmesan cheese, then bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes.
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving, optionally garnishing with parsley or extra Parmesan.

Notes

Let the dish cool to room temperature before storing in an airtight container. It can be refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen before baking for up to 2 months.
