- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Making the Sauce
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce and chicken. Toss to combine.
Serving
- Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Store in airtight container for 3 to 4 days. Reheat on the stove over low heat with a splash of milk or cream. Cut chicken into even pieces for even cooking. Do not boil the cream; simmer gently to avoid splitting. Save a little pasta water to thin the sauce if it gets too thick.
