Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with cranberry sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Fold in chopped pecans and green onions.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Serve cold with tortilla chips or crackers. It can also be spread on crostini or used as a sandwich spread.
Notes
Cover the dip and keep it in the fridge. It stays good for 3–4 days. Stir before serving if it firms up. Do not freeze; the texture will change.
