Pasta
  • 8 oz linguine
Chicken
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
Seasoning and Oils
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 0.5 tsp cayenne pepper
Butter and Garnish
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken
  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces and season with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and cayenne. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Reduce heat to low, then add the butter and let it melt, coating the chicken.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Toss the cooked linguine with the chicken mixture in the skillet, adding the chopped parsley.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

To store leftovers, let the pasta cool completely, then transfer it to an airtight container. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
