For the Milkshakes
  • 2 cups Real ice cream Any flavor of your choice.
  • 1/2 cup Milk Adjust for desired thickness.
  • 2 tbsp Chocolate syrup Optional for chocolate shakes.
For the Sides
  • 2 cups Fries Crispy and golden.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the ground beef into burger patties and season them with salt and pepper.
  2. For the Frisco Melt, spread Frisco sauce between slices of sourdough.
  3. Gather ingredients for the milkshake.
Cooking
  1. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, adding cheese on top during the last minute of cooking.
  3. Toast the bread on the griddle while the burgers are cooking.
  4. Combine ice cream and milk in a blender and blend until smooth for the milkshake.
Serving
  1. Serve the cooked burgers between the toasted sourdough slices.
  2. Pour the milkshake into a glass and serve with fries.
